Andy Hawthorn

Andy co-founded Compass in 2014 and has worked in financial services for over 18 years. He advises on a range of personal financial needs including retirement planning, investments, financial protection and mortgages. He also works with businesses to help them protect their companies, and enhance their employee benefits offering, including workplace pensions and group protection.
Andy’s passion for financial planning stems from his enjoyment of working with people, and helping them or their businesses achieve their goals. He is an advocate of educating and empowering clients through the advice process, so they can become more engaged with their financial objectives and the journey to reach them.
Carla Adamson
CeMAP
Carla is a Mortgage and Protection adviser at Compass, and helps our clients with all aspects of their financial needs around property, be that buying their first home, moving home, remortgaging, or financing investment properties. An important part of her role is to support clients in protecting their home, by identifying any needs they may have to ensure the repayment of their mortgage and protect their overall financial security, should the unexpected happen.
Carla has worked in various roles in financial services for over 10 years, including a personal banking adviser, a mortgage adviser, client services for a pension and investment provider, and in adviser support.
