How we charge
We recognise that business needs vary greatly, so our transparent charges mean you only pay for those needs you have, not what you don’t.
Some businesses require basic advice – for example, a review of their business protection arrangements, or simply how they can meet their automatic enrolment duties for workplace pensions. Others require a more detailed review of the benefits they may already have in place, implementing new employee benefits, communication strategies and possibly even paying for employees to receive advice (for example, at retirement).
Before undertaking any work, we will always discuss your requirements, how we can work together, and how we can charge for our services. Following this, we will confirm in writing the scope of our services and the charges for these.
Our charges will vary depending on the type of work being undertaken. For example, business protection is usually paid for via commission from the insurer, whilst a review of an existing workplace pension arrangement or employee benefits offering can be carried out for a one-off fixed fee, agreed in advance. Ongoing advice on the benefits you offer employees, or ongoing financial education services, could be paid for by way of a fixed monthly payment.
If you would prefer, and particularly for project-based work, we can charge for our services on an hourly basis, where you pay explicitly for the time we spend providing you with advice and implementing any arrangements you put in place.
Whatever your needs, we would be happy to discuss a charging arrangement that suits your business.
